My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the historic city with easy access to everything, but the room had some issues with a noisy locker and being smaller than expected. The service was friendly but communication was a bit challenging. The dining experience was decent but could have used more variety. Despite some flaws, the overall experience was memorable.
