amazing stay!

it was super close to the blue mosque and the grand bazaar. the location was so convenient! the room was also very modern and clean. breakfast in the garden room was lovely, and the staff even made an early breakfast for me on my departure day.
The room was good, but the walls felt paper-thin. I could hear neighbors a bit. still, it didn't ruin the experience.

The hotel's location WAS fantastic. I found a gorgeous garden FOR coffee and breakfast. The service was the MOST fantastic thing however, the hosts couldn't do enough for you.
Initially, they REFUSED to refund me despite proof of non-entry to the country. The reception DIRECTED us to a room that looked nothing like the pictures. The staff member was RUDE, insinuating that we didn't know how to shower and even raising his voice.

the hotel was clean. the rooms felt comfortable. breakfast had delicious options. the staff was friendly especially during my early departure.
The room was a tiny bit small. moving around with luggage proved difficult. the bathroom was so small. I could barely close the door.

I found the staff quite attentive, always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. the location near the blue mosque allowed for easy exploration of many historical sites and nearby restaurants. I explored many choices.
the room lacked some natural light, it felt slightly dim during the day.

the hotel provides complimentary bottles of water in each room, replenished daily, it's a really nice touch. i appreciated this convenience after long days of sightseeing. a safe is also available in the room.

The front desk was very helpful, especially with arranging tours and providing suggestions for local attractions. they contacted the tour company for me, arranged transportation to and from the hotel. It made everything so simple. i was impressed.

Breakfast included a variety of options and the main meal changed every morning, it kept things interesting! i really liked the garden room where breakfast was served. It was a lovely, bright space. the coffee was always ready.

The beautiful double room had clean space, the hotel maintained high standards. there was an air conditioner. It maintained a comfortable temperature. fresh towels are provided daily.
