the location is central to everything. i also found the staff very helpful with directions and suggestions for local spots.
the walls seemed quite thin so i could hear noise from other rooms. also the breakfast options were somewhat limited i think.

superb locationfriendly stafffree beverages
The location was superb for sightseeing. i walked everywhere easily. the room provided good ac (a real blessing). free tea and coffee were always available. This was a welcome touch. i also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful .
the soundproofing could be slightly improved, especially at weekends.

the reception staff offered prompt assistance. their english was good. they willingly tried to understand my basic spanish (a nice touch). they were efficient and polite.

Central Location, Some Noise Issues

My room faced the street and I noticed considerable noise late into the night. Street sounds were quite audible. I also found the breakfast options somewhat limited. A wider variety would have enhanced the experience. The air conditioning was not as effective as I would have liked.

the hotel location was very central. the staff were efficient and friendly. free tea and coffee were available downstairs by reception at all times. we found bars and restaurants just a short walk away.
my room faced a side street and it was quite loud. i could hear people dining out late into the night. in the morning i could hear people dragging luggage across the cobblestones below

the hotel had a great location near the cathedral and alcázar (everything was really accessible). the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. my room received daily cleaning service. i also appreciated the 24-hour availability of coffee and tea in the lobby.
the water temperature in the shower fluctuated and sometimes got quite hot.
