the staff were helpful and promptly printed tickets for us. the breakfast offered a fabulous spread and the bed was comfortable. the rooftop bar was great. i found the location super for my needs near the river.

The reception staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. the entire hotel was clean throughout. It really was like a proper four-star experience. i found everything to be well-kept, especially the rooftop area! which i appreciated.
The fitness room felt a bit small and dated. I noticed they only allow one person at a time. hopefully, they improve the gym facilities in the future.

The staff were amazing. Everyone offered a friendly greeting. my room was always super clean because housekeeping did a wonderful job. the rooftop bar was excellent, especially with views of the river. the air conditioning in my room worked perfectly. It kept me so comfortable in the heat!
The fitness room was small and only allowed one person at a time.
