The hotel is in a great area, but the rooms need fixing as they are small with crummy ceilings. The service was friendly and rectified issues promptly. The location is terrific for being in the heart of the Galleria area, but there could be better communication. The dining experience exceeded expectations, although it would be better if it were complimentary. Neapolitan pizza was a highlight.

The hotel has very comfortable beds in a convenient location with a unique metal and wood decor. The service was professional and friendly, offering local area knowledge. Its great location near the Galleria mall makes it ideal for shopping trips. However, some street vendors can be persistent. The dining experience was good but may not be worth the extra cost for the advertised breakfast. The facilities offer room service, dry cleaning, and pet amenities.
