The hotel location proved convenient. I was able to reach many attractions easily. The staff responded well to my requests. The breakfast offered great options each morning. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit.
The noise level was a real issue. Thin walls and floors made for difficult sleep. I noticed odor enhancers throughout the room. I wasn't sure what smells were being masked. This was concerning.

the staff provided great service. Linda at the front desk was fabulous always smiling helpful and kind. i really appreciated that the hotel used glass water bottles and filled them upon request. it shows their commitment to environmental consciousness.

the location was excellent in district 1 right opposite the bitexco tower. the hotel's central position made exploring the surrounding area very convenient. many main attractions were within easy walking distance from here.

The staff offered me a shower after I returned to collect my luggage. This was a considerate gesture after a long day. The hotel's decor incorporates Vietnamese culture. It uses pleasant scents that add to the atmosphere (I thought it was pretty good).
The room was quite noisy. I could hear traffic and noise from nearby bars and restaurants. I could hear everyone in the hallway.

My room felt too dark. I also experienced some background noise each night. I am grateful anyway.

Excellent Boutique Hotel Experience

I stayed in rooms 302 and 304 after arriving on June 30th. The receptionist provided very helpful and friendly service. I also appreciated the kindness of the doorkeepers. One older gentleman even offered us some fruit.
There was also deep bass from a nearby bar at night, even with the provided earplugs.
