central location helpful staff
The hotel is in a central location. I walked to many tourist sites from here. Staff members were helpful with my needs. The rooftop breakfast restaurant was nice. (Especially with the morning light!)

I left an important personal item in my room. Before i could contact them, a staff member reached out via whatsapp.. i appreciate their proactive thinking to contact an international visitor. i found the hotel close to everything and appreciated the food stalls nearby, even the quirky one right outside. the breakfast buffet had slight variations daily, and sometimes i enjoyed it more than dining elsewhere..

the hotel location worked well for exploring the area. the rooftop breakfast offered very nice city vistas. the staff stood out because they were always ready to assist with directions.

mixed feelings about the stay
small room poor soundproofing
the location suited my needs because it was near the saigon station.
soundproofing was inadequate. Elevator music was audible in the room and the rooftop was only for breakfast (i expected a relaxing evening).

central location comfortable beds helpful staff airport pickup
the location was central to everything i needed the rooms were clean i liked the comfortable beds the bathroom had a nice shower the staff was eager to help with requests i had arranged for an airport pickup they were waiting for me even at 1 am the driver was friendly upon arrival staff checked me in quickly
the street outside was sometimes busy making taxi access a little difficult

the hotel is near the opera house and some street food options are accessible the hotel offers convenient access to various attractions i explored most of the area on foot given the central position, which proved very advantageous.

my room had a queen bed and a single bed to accommodate the children a family studio room city view was spacious enough it was also super clean with good noise isolation the air conditioning worked very well and was quiet.

the rooftop breakfast included a variety of options the breakfast had unlimited servings with both local and international items i appreciated the coffee that was available each morning with a lovely view of the city.
