i appreciated the excellent service i received from the staff. they arranged a breakfast package because i had an early checkout. the location is great and there is a superb thai restaurant too. i found the staff friendly and helpful

the walls felt thin, and i could hear conversations in the rooms nearby. this made it a little difficult to sleep well at times. it was a very slight inconvenience overall

central location friendly staff poor soundproofing noisy road

The staff were very friendly. They helped me a lot! the hotel had a very central location, close to the metro station.

the sound proofing in the suite was terrible. i could hear conversations in rooms next to mine. also, the road outside was noisy with traffic!

central location helpful staff welcome water varied breakfast

The location was amazing. It was near a metro station. the staff was very helpful and kind. I appreciated that a lot. welcome water and coffee were available in the room. This was a thoughtful touch. breakfast varied each day. This was a great surprise.

the elevator broke down regularly, it was a small inconvenience though, as i had to use the stairs sometimes.

The location is excellent, with easy access to public transport. it is located near city center attractions. Many great restaurants and coffee shops are also close. the hotel is also across the road from the basilica.

The staff were cute. They were accommodating right from check-in. the employees were polite and helpful. They were responsive to requests for assistance. i found the café staff to be especially nice during breakfast hours.
