convenient location and comfortable room
good size clean room easy access buffet breakfast
our room was a good size for two people it was clean comfortable and quiet the hotel is located near plenty of shopping dining and transport options i found easy access to the metro and trams network i could explore easily the rest of the city buffet breakfast was plentiful and very good i ate enough.
there are stairs leading to the hotel reception i had difficulty carrying heavy luggage comfortably for people with limited mobility, it's impossible to get up without assistance i had to request slippers an iron and a phone to contact reception.

An Okay Place, I Guess
slow drain unreliable safe
The sink drain was pretty slow, like it needed some serious Drano. Then, the in-room safe decided it didn't want to open on my last day, trapping my passport inside. Seriously?! I had to wait for maintenance. It threw off my whole departure. A minor inconvenience, but annoying all the same. I expected more from the facilities. They definitely need some updating.

i loved the location because it was so close to everything! shops and transport were right there, and i found lots of great dining options and bakeries nearby. the staff were also really helpful. i'm already planning my next trip back!
I noticed the room didn't quite match the pictures online, a bit of a bummer. It was also pretty dark with dull lights.

The room lacked proper soundproofing. I heard conversations through the walls. The breakfast area became crowded and disorganized during peak hours, and finding a clean table was difficult. The coffee machine was often out of service, presenting an inconvenience. The selection of fresh fruits at breakfast seemed limited. The gym's equipment needs more frequent maintenance.

The location was amazing. Shops and restaurants were very close. I found multiple metro stations within a five-minute walk. The room was fine. It had all the essentials and was clean. I liked the comfortable bed.
I noticed only one elevator was working. This meant longer wait times, especially when the hotel was full.

I appreciate the convenient location because it allowed easy access to the city center. The room was clean and the staff was always helpful. I received good service. It was nice to have a place for bicycle storage. It was a comfortable stay.
I did notice one minor thing. The room I stayed in was not very big.

I liked that the hotel's location provided convenient access to key attractions, including the christmas markets. there were also several pubs and restaurants close by. the staff proved to be genuinely friendly and helpful. I appreciated their responsiveness. the room was clean and provided a comfortable stay.
