central location spacious suite rainfall shower

the location is unbelievable! it is so central to everything i wanted to see (i walked everywhere!). i got upgraded to the finlayson suite, it had so much space. the bathroom was especially nice (i loved the rainfall shower!).

I noticed the room cleaning was not perfect. I still saw some hair on the floor after they cleaned.

fruit bowl helpful staff water filtration

i stayed in a collyer suite and appreciated the kitchenette (i love to cook) and separate sitting area. the staff were helpful, and a bowl of fruit was a nice welcome gift. the water filtration system that heated or cooled water was also a great feature.

I received an upgrade upon arrival. The location is central, with easy access to transport links. The room offered comfortable spaces and large fluffy towels. I found the front desk service excellent. They were helpful and addressed issues promptly

I had some difficulty with the shower. I found it challenging to get a consistent hot water temperature.

faulty dryer smelly bathroom

The room was spacious and very clean.

My washer and dryer did not dry properly. It took 3-5 hours to complete a load from wash to dry! My bathroom smelled like poop the entire stay. It was really annoying.
