The hotel's location was handy. It was near the metro.
The room I got was way too small. the bathroom was outdated. one morning, the fire alarm went off at 7:00 AM. When I asked, the reception just said customers were smoking in their rooms.

non-working airconuncomfortable stools
The room was overly warm, i was told the air conditioning was not available. this was disappointing, especially since i expected it to be working. the minibar wasn't working initially, though it was fixed the next day. also, there was no chair, just two small stools. That was not comfortable for a longer stay, i would have liked a chair.

Acceptable stay with some issues

The staff was helpful. They spoke very good english.
The room was overly hot. I was told the air conditioning could not be switched on, because it was too early in the year (this was in May!). The minibar did not work on arrival (it was fixed the next day though).
