Room 211 had a large double bed. The room was also spotlessly clean and smelt fresh. I appreciated the large mirror in the bathroom with vanity space.
The curtains were too small. Light came out from all sides.

the breakfast offered sufficient choices and was quite satisfactory. the location proved advantageous with easy access to various amenities. the room provided a fridge and tea and coffee facilities, which i found convenient.
the bathroom required some attention due to broken floor tiles. the shower screen did not stay open, causing the bathroom to flood while i was using the shower. i found the dining room's atmosphere to be somewhat similar to a cafeteria.

The hotel is close to public transportation. The location includes metro bus and tram access nearby. A Spar and Lidl are within a short walk. I found many places to eat close to the hotel. I appreciated the bottle of water and air conditioning because the weather was hot.
The towel rails did not work. It was tricky to dry swimsuits and towels after using the spa.

The staff was always cute and friendly. They were helpful and efficient. Staff assisted with organizing the airport transfer. They also allowed luggage storage after checkout for a final tour.

I really appreciated the location. It was super convenient to get around. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). the staff helped me a lot when i needed directions, and i am thankful for their assistance.

the lack of usb ports by the beds was a bit inconvenient. i had to charge my phone across the room, not ideal, really.
