Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I got was not exactly as described on the website, but I did appreciate the extra fruits and yogurt provided. The service was good overall, but there was an issue with opening an account as promised. The location was great with lots of dining options nearby, although not the best area for shopping. The dining was overpriced, but the quality and quantity were excellent.
The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and interesting but in need of modernization. The service was a bit of a mixed bag with some friendly staff but also some lack of attention. The location was central with amenities but not ideal for restaurant choices. The dining options were splendid but limited. The facilities were well-kept.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean and wonderfully decorated, and I appreciated their spacious layout. However, it was disappointing that there was no shampoo provided during my stay. The service had its ups and downs: some workers were super friendly and prompt, while others seemed less helpful and didn't interact with us much. The location was beautiful and rustic, offering a convenient setting to explore the area. The dining experience, although limited to one meal, was excellent in terms of quantity, quality, and service. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay with some room for improvement in certain areas.
