Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better location for this hotel, located right in a shopping area that leads directly to Central Station, the Historic Center, and the Vatican, right next to the metro line. The rooms, though quite private and quiet with a balcony, are accessed by going outdoors, attracting some mosquitos. The service was super friendly but not always prompt, which was a bit of a letdown. The location, while excellent being close to the Cornelia Metro stop and bus station, felt a bit grotty and far from the city but offered some authentic dining experiences. The dining options were extensive catering to various tastes, but the breakfast hours were a bit limited. Overall, a mixed experience that had its highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was a great experience overall! The room was comfortable and conveniently located near the metro and airport shuttle stop, just like they described. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location, while close to the metro station, could be a bit intimidating at night. The dining options were delicious with a good variety, although there is room for improvement for a 4-star hotel. The facilities were top-notch and well-maintained.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-equipped room, which included a massage chair and sauna in the bathroom. The staff promptly resolved an issue I had, showing great attention to guest satisfaction. However, the room was affected by constant traffic noise and footsteps from neighboring guests returning late at night.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, which even had a massage chair and sauna in the bathroom. It was clean, although the corridor leading to the room was uncovered. The location was excellent, right next to the Cornelia Metro Station and bus stop making it convenient for exploring the city. The service was very kind and helpful, although I couldn't adjust the A/C due to regulations. The dining was decent but not restaurant quality, and the breakfast hours could be a factor if you prefer to have a late breakfast. Overall, a comfortable stay with great amenities and a friendly staff.
