The hotel had a nice size room with an excellent shower, but the air-conditioning was noisy and not very effective. It was consistently warm every morning for some reason. The service was absolutely brilliant and ready to meet all your expectations; the staff were lovely and most helpful in assisting us in booking museum visits. The location was great as it was just a little out of the way from the main tourist spots, offering a less touristy and more enjoyable experience, although it wasn't perfect for getting around. The dining experience was very good, with excellent staff eager to assist with a big smile. The facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.
