The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided free drinks upon arrival. they also gave us a bag of pasta to take home. I really loved that. the rooms were clean. I enjoyed that the hotel wasn't right in the center but it was still walkable to all attractions.
The corridors could use some tlc. The wallpaper looked a little ripped.

the staff were very friendly. a welcome note awaited me in the room, it began with the words "welcome home". the room was clean.
the reception area looked rather dated. corridors seemed in need of some tlc. i noticed wallpaper ripped off the walls.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They helped me without hesitation. The hotel offered a great food selection at the buffet. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the daily room cleaning was really good.
I noticed the carpets was worn. The dark color made it more apparent. I think replacing or deep cleaning would improve the overall appearance.

The staff provided free drinks upon arrival and a take-home bag of pasta. i found the gym surprisingly well-equipped (it had everything i needed). carlos at reception demonstrated a caring approach and i very much appreciated it.
the corridors showed some wear (the wallpaper was torn in places).

The staff was unbelievably kind and helpful! alessandro, the receptionist, upgraded our room. We felt so special. our room was huge and super clean, with a sweet welcome message waiting for us. i especially loved the complimentary coffee and tea. A thoughtful touch!
the hotel's older decor in the reception area felt a little underwhelming at first. the carpets looked worn, and the hallways needed some attention. this didn't spoil the experience, but it's something i noticed.

The staff was super friendly. They gave amazing advice about local spots and transportation options. breakfast included lots of choices! the hotel's location near villa borghese park was amazing. I enjoyed relaxing walks. the room had a modern bathroom!
the hotel is just a little far from some main attractions, and i sometimes had trouble getting a taxi back but no problem for me.
