the hotel had a nice little bar. it offered excellent cocktails. my room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast was top class it had so much choice.
i noticed some ants in my room. one side of the room was infested with over 15 ants. my friend was bitten twice. room service opened the door without knocking while i was half undressed.

the building's architecture is really excellent. i had a spacious room that included a walk-in closet. the pool and spa provided a relaxing escape after sightseeing. the breakfast area was beautiful and offered a variety of hot menu items, besides the buffet.
the room service phone went unanswered for an hour one night, i wanted to order from their 24-hour menu.

the hotel is very close to the m2 metro line! buses and trams are also nearby. many tourist locations are reachable within 15 minutes, this is very practical.

i found a couple of things a little off. the gym, while well-equipped, was often too crowded in the mornings. it made getting a proper workout difficult. also, the in-room coffee machine was a bit temperamental. it took several tries to get it to work correctly each day. this was kind of frustrating when i just wanted a quick coffee before heading out.

I enjoyed the room's size, it did compensate for the absence of a grand view. The bed provided excellent comfort. I found the indoor lap pool allowed for swimming even during the winter months. The location was convenient. Excellent restaurants were within a short walk.
The water pressure in the shower was a little too gentle for my preference.

The breakfast WAS fantastic with many options. the staff was very helpful and friendly, they seemed to anticipate every need. the gym had good equipment. I saw treadmills and stationary bikes.
the air conditioning in my room did not work well. the room service menu seemed limited, and the phone was hard to reach. housekeeping barged in without knocking ONCE.
