Enchanting Stay Near the Old Town

The hotel offered a prime spot adjacent to a park, so a short walk led directly to the central square. Our room included complimentary water and apples at the entrance, a thoughtful detail. I appreciated the warm and cozy atmosphere, it created a romantic escape for us. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness enhanced our visit.
I had to wait an extended time after the check-in time for my room to be ready, this caused an initial delay. The reception did not call us when it was ready, I had to follow up. I wish the hotel would communicate more effectively.

the location was perfect! i could easily walk to all the main attractions. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it had a huge variety of fresh food and drinks. the staff was also very polite and helpful, which i really appreciated.
some carpets near the elevator were lifting slightly.

i noticed that the sound isolation wasn't perfect, as tram noises were somewhat noticeable in my room. this impacted my sleep quality negatively

The hotel's location proved ideal for exploring. it was close to the main square and the castle, each within a short walk. i appreciated the breakfast bags provided when i had an early tour. They included pastries, fruit, yogurt, water, juice, and a sandwich.
the room cleaning happened every three days. i had to request daily cleaning with a sign.

The provided breakfast bags at 5.45am included pastries, fruit, yoghurt, water, juice and a ham. A cream cheese sandwich kept me going until 2pm. The room included a fridge, handy for storing water. Drinks one evening were tasty and a good price. I had chips, shrimps, and chicken strips.
The staff seemed disinterested and miserable.
