the receptionist was arrogant and unhelpful it almost reminded me of i bothered her. i requested robes and a dirty towel came with them it was gross. overall for the price i payed i do not think it was worth it

a slight inconvenience was the distance to the city center, though public transport was readily available.

the hotel had a very good location it was close to the station i also enjoyed the fresh juices at breakfast they had a great variety the staff was always ready to help with anything i needed the room was very spacious and stylish i really liked the decor
the spa facilities were a bit disappointing the pool was small and the water was cold also the sauna areas were in a different place than the pool it was a bit of a walk i also found there was no valet service to help with my luggage that was a bit unexpected

The location was quite convenient. I walked to the hotel from the train station. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Breakfast offered quality food at the buffet. I was particularly impressed. The hotel also includes a nice pool, a sauna and steam room in a very clean area.
The air conditioning seemed a little loud. I found it slightly distracting at night.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. They addressed all requests promptly. the location proved convenient, being near the train station , made access simple. the pool was a delight, remaining open until late, nice. i was charmed by the yoga areas.
the hotel bar closed a bit early for my liking, limiting late evening drink options.
