Excellent Location and Comfortable Rooms
nice variety helpful manager
The breakfast had a variety of options. I especially enjoyed the salad fixings , and there were many baked goods. The manager was helpful , and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

lovely stay at the hilltop
early check-in helpful staff spacious room great breakfast
szabi checked us in quickly upon arrival, i had an early flight. the staff were always friendly and helpful, i found them great. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, a nice surprise. breakfast each morning had great choices, especially local items.
the bathroom had minor flaws, the light didn't work well, and there were two single blankets instead of one large one.

the reception staff offered quick assistance and information when requested, i liked that. staff consistently greeted guests. concierge services included arranging transportation and providing directions, those were helpful.

the elevator provided convenient access to all floors of the hotel, i used it a lot. i saw ample parking available for a daily fee, very helpful. common areas were tastefully decorated, a peaceful atmosphere was apparent.

high ceilings created an open feeling, it felt nice. a large bathroom included modern fixtures and amenities, that was great. the bed offered substantial comfort and support, i slept well. silent street made it nice.

breakfast included an extensive buffet with various hot and cold options, good variety. local taverns are easily accessible near the hotel, should you choose that. the hotel served champagne at breakfast too, a nice perk.

Charming Stay Near Castle
proper room top location breakfast choices kind staff
My room was a Duplex Twin Room, very proper. The location was top, close to everything on the Buda side. Breakfast had many choices. I eat a lot. I needed help with directions, and the staff was kind.
The elevator was a bit slow sometimes.

The reception staff was generally available and helpful with directions. I asked some questions and the staff give some answers and were really kind. That was very fortunate for me.

The breakfast include many selections and variety for all tastes. I observed tables available both inside and on a very nice green inner courtyard. I did not use the bar but it was available.

wonderful location and service
clean room spacious room great location
i was given a very good room on arrival. it was a superior double room, very clean and spacious. the breakfast buffet had many choices. staff were friendly. i enjoyed the proximity to historical sites. it was easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. the hotel is in a GREAT location for sightseeing. it made exploring very easy.
my only MINOR issue was that the shower head was a bit loose.

overall an alright experience
historical buildings good breakfast old room uncomfortable configuration
the location was good. many beautiful historical buildings are nearby, such as the castle and the cathedral. the breakfast were also good.
the room feels old inside. the shower head is on the side of the bathtub so showering has an uncomfortable configuration. i think the room facilities need updating.
