poor service luggage delay
the mosquito net in the bed was acceptable it helped a lot.
i was frustrated by the poor customer service during check-in our luggage was not delivered for three hours the staff blamed the rain. i received no hotel tour or safety instructions the staff gave the same explanation it was raining. the constant questioning by staff about my villa was invasive it happened ten times.

poor customer service constant questioning
I found the customer service poor. our luggage wasn't delivered for almost three hours upon check-in. Staff blamed rain. this meant we waited in our villa, unable to change from wet clothes. they didn't give us a hotel tour or safety instructions. Again, the explanation was "because it was raining. " the constant questioning from staff about if we were guests and what villa we stayed in was invasive and unprofessional. It happened over ten times in just two hours.

constant hammering peaceful stay
The grounds are beautiful. Walking through them was acceptable.
Our Jambu House Two Bedrooms Rice Field View one-time minibar was far from silent. It woke us each morning before 7 AM. The constant hammering ruined any chance of a peaceful stay.
