I liked the complimentary shuttle service to central town. the staff members were friendly and helpful at all times. i ate at the restaurant often. The food was delicious! the views of the valley are amazing.
the gym had limited equipment.

the main pool offered a amazing view and was always clean. i saw that the hotel features traditional Balinese architecture giving it character. the hotel is built into the side of a ravine providing nice views.

i found the pool area very relaxing. the pool bar was conveniently located. it offered a selection of drinks. the free shuttle service was very helpful. it allowed easy access to the town center three times a day.
the air conditioning in my room did not work as efficiently as i expected. it struggled to keep the room cool during the day. i noticed some insects in the room. i also saw some bird droppings on the balcony. the breakfast selection was limited, and i found the indonesian options to be average.

The pool was a letdown. There were only a few sunbeds available, and the pool bar opened quite late (at 11 am). The breakfast offered limited options, and menu items were underwhelming. The staff seemed somewhat disinterested and lacked friendliness.

i enjoyed the location away from the busy center. it was still close enough to restaurants i could walk to. the scenery was amazing and the view of the mountains from the pool was beautiful. all clean and the staff were very friendly, though the pool was not that big.
