mixed feelings about this hotel
clean poolsbad serviceunfriendly staff
the pools were clean. this was acceptable.
the room service was subpar.. we ordered food almost every day. each time, something was either forgotten or incorrect. we had to wait again for the correct items to arrive. the rooms were not always cleaned, and the staff at kabang bar did not want to be there.
