The location is excellent for accessing the beach and various shops. I enjoyed the pools and water features a lot. The staff members are all friendly, attentive, and cheerful. The resort presentation is great.
The room needed some updates, as it felt a bit worn. The balcony was also not in great condition. I noticed a sewage smell near the pool. There was mould on the outside curtains.

the hotel is not as modern now. the photos look older. i think the hotel needs some tlc.

the location was definitely the best. it was a perfect distance from everything. the housekeeping service was fantastic and the toiletries were my favorites. the resort facilities provided a perfect amount and variety.
the first full day of my stay i received a slip under the door saying my room could not be cleaned. the time on the slip was 17:10, though it was only 16:30. the balcony had no words to explain it except from disgusting. there was mold on the curtains outside.
