The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. That suited my needs. the staff was generally efficient.
The noise insulation was inadequate. i could clearly hear the occupants in the adjacent rooms. This disturbance impacted sleep. the bathroom door did not close properly. This was a significant inconvenience.

chemical smellhallway noise
The experience was less than stellar. I must say the room smelled strongly of chemicals. it was like they tried to mask something with industrial cleaner, but it just gave me a headache. plus, the noise from the hallway was pretty bad. I could hear every conversation and door slam, hard to relax.

The tram access was convenient. i appreciated the super clean room. Cleanliness is EVERYTHING!!! the staff, especially leva, were quite friendly and helpful.
the mattress firmness was slightly softer than i prefer.
