tasty breakfast friendly staff convenient location
i received a very tasty breakfast and the staff were very friendly. the gentleman at reception helped me arrange a taxi to the airport and because of a very early departure, i received a lunch package as a replacement for breakfast. the hotel is a short walk from the tram station.

warm greeting varied selections convenient transportation
the front desk staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. the included breakfast had varied selections, which accommodated different dietary needs. i used the nearby public transportation, and i found it quite convenient for exploring the area.
the gym equipment showed some wear and tear, it could use a refresh.

My room, a 'superior twin room', really missed the mark. It felt more like a standard room. there wasn't enough space. Navigating with luggage was like an obstacle course. the promised view didn't exist. I was looking at a brick wall instead of the city skyline. also, the mini-fridge wasn't working.

I found the breakfast options to be diverse. There were many choices available, even for those needing vegan and gluten-free selections. The hotel's location near the tram station made travel simple. It was only a short walk. I appreciated the helpful staff. They provided prompt and courteous service.

The location was great as it was really close to the tram stop.
The room was dirty and that bothered me a lot. The bed was uncomfortable. It was very hard to sleep well. The iron was old and dirty. It ruined my clothes, frustrating.
