i found a couple of issues i must report. the room temperature was difficult to regulate. i advised the staff about the sink, but there was no follow up (this was especially bothersome).

i totally enjoyed the free coffee and tea available all day in the lobby it was super convenient and the staff was so friendly and helpful i loved that the tram stop was right in front of the hotel public transportation was so easy
the pedal on the trash can in the room didn't work properly it was a minor annoyance
