My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The super-sized rooms were spacious but lacked a view, and the window was dirty and drafty. The service was extremely courteous, though lacking consistency. The location in downtown LA was perfect for activities but had safety concerns. The dining experience, while slow, was saved by the helpful waiter. The facilities were adequate.
The hotel is perfectly located in downtown Los Angeles, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were in dire need of an update and several keycards were needed before getting a clean room, which was frustrating. Despite the spacious layout of some rooms, the overall experience was disappointing. I'm uncertain about a return visit.
