charming surprise!
fun poolskept landscapingfire pitsheat issues
the pools are fun. the landscaping looks well kept on the hotel. the rooms had basic amenities. i found multiple fire pits near the pool area, a super addition.
i had issues when trying to turn on heat at night. i called, but the system hung up. then, i walked to front desk and they eventually sent someone. turns out, the heat in buildings 4 or 5 wasn't working.

the hotel offered easy access to nearby attractions with plenty of parking available. it made exploring the area simple. additionally, the free parking was very convenient. it was one less thing to worry about.

staff members was always smiling and ready to help with anything. the bell boy dorian was particularly great he assisted with my bags and provided directions. he made my arrival smooth.

The hotel boasts fire pits and a hot tub for evening relaxation. The restaurant offers fresh food with huge portions and a great selection. My room was spacious. It featured two king-sized beds and a generous bathroom area. I found the large soaking tub an added bonus.
The shower water did not get warm enough, and a hairdryer was absent in the room.

The pool area features multiple free cabanas surrounded by an abundance of flowers. The gym offers three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use. There are also beach vibes throughout the entire hotel

The staff provided five-star treatment . Kiki and Debbie were particularly helpful. They ensured I seemed like a very special guest during check-in and check-out Manny, Josiah, and Denise at the JWB bar offered top quality service. Moe at the front was also very polite and accommodating.
