unreliable internet expensive valet
The staff was very inviting, and they were professional, always greeting me upon arrival and departure and opening doors (a nice touch).
The provided Wi-Fi internet only worked in the lobby. It did not function in my room. The valet service was expensive at $40 per day (though it seems to be standard for the area). This inconvenience affected my ability to work efficiently from the room.

Mediocre stay. Some issues noticed
street noise weak pressure
The noise from the street was really bad. It kept me up. the shower was also annoying. It was in the bath and the water pressure was weak. the heavy faucets made it difficult to use. i really think they need to address these issues.

wonderful gem downtown
convenient location comfortable hotel spacious room
i found the location of the hotel ideal , since it offered easy access to various train stations and many downtown attractions. the hotel was also comfortable. i found my room to be quite spacious, especially considering it was in a major city.
the street could be a bit noisy at times, though i am sensitive to sound.

the staff were nice and always helpful . i especially appreciated their quick responses to my requests and their willingness to assist with directions and recommendations. their positive attitude enhanced my experience.

This hotel's central location offered easy access to public transport and various dining options. The staff was friendly and cute, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. I found the quick check-in and check-out process to be very efficient. I appreciated the room service offered daily.
The traffic outside the hotel generated noticeable noise, impacting the peacefulness of my stay and sleep quality.

The fitness area included modern equipment, such as three treadmills and two stationary bikes. This allowed for a complete workout routine, complementing the hotel's central location. There is also valet parking, but I found some public parking garages around the hotel.

My Standard King Room had comfortable furnishings, including a king-sized bed and a spacious seating area. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room provided ample space for relaxation and convenience .
