I was thrilled with the spectacular view from the room, although the bathroom with the huge shower was a fantastic surprise. The service was top-notch, from the kind doorman to the helpful staff at the front desk. The location was just perfect, within easy walking distance to everything in the most beautiful neighborhoods of Chicago. Although the dining experience with traditional fish was excellent, the facilities could use a bit of improvement. In terms of value for money, it is a great choice for a luxurious stay.
