I appreciated the convenient vending machines in the lobby. They were very useful. The staff were really lovely. They were cute and understanding. The hotel provided two bottles of water and disposable bath slippers, a nice touch.
The hanging area in the room was not enough for clothes. Towels were not changed until I asked twice! The room was too tiny. After opening the suitcases, walking around the room was not really possible.

I found some very good restaurants and shops close by. This added much value to the location. The vending machines in the lobby offered a selection of snacks and drinks, handy!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. i found lots of restaurants and bars in the local neighborhood. It felt slightly away from the touristy areas, which i appreciated. the reception staff and room cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful, too.
there was no kettle in my room.

the daily cleaning service was okay. it was nothing to write home about, but it was done.
the room was too small. after opening the luggages, walking around the room was nearly impossible. i think, bigger rooms should be considered.
