the breakfast had a very good selection. the hotel offers free snacks and soft drinks, a very appreciated touch.

I found the hotel in a very convenient location, near many restaurants and stores. the mini fridge in my room was stocked daily with complimentary juices, sodas, and waters. That was a nice touch. i really enjoyed the complimentary snacks, beverages, and coffee and espresso bar available each day. the hotel staff allowed us to use facilities at other sister hotels, like restrooms and snack bars.
There was a slight humming noise in my room throughout the night. It was a minor distraction.

The hotel had an excellent location with easy access to restaurants and shops. Made exploring very convenient. the nearby metro stations offered direct routes to city attractions. It was easy to get around. the neighborhood felt quite safe. That was reassuring when walking at night.

My double room was modern and very clean. I really liked the ikea-ish aesthetic. the complimentary mini bar was restocked daily. I found it a very generous perk. the room was also surprisingly quiet during the night.

The staff were always friendly and helpful! the front desk manager displayed very nice kindness and professionalism. It made a difference.

The breakfast offered a great selection of food and beverages, setting the day off right. the complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks at the reception were a real bonus. i especially liked the teapot lamps in the dining room. That was a creative touch.

The hotel was well-kept, clean, and modern with imaginative design features. i appreciated the availability of free coffee, tea, juice, water, biscuits, and cakes! the hotel provided access to facilities at sister locations. That was unique.

multiple stations breakfast variety air conditioning humming noise
The hotel is near multiple metro stations. I found the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options including cheeses, meats, and eggs. The free open bar and the ability to use other Astotel hotel bars was a nice bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful.
There was no air conditioning in my room, which I really needed. There was also a humming noise at night, this made it hard to sleep. I also didn't expect a plastic sheet under the bed linens, especially as an adult.
