bad staffpoor room cleaning
i found some problems . the room cleaning was AWFUL. they only made the bed and changed towels. floors clearly had not been mopped in ages. i also requested an iron, and the staff wouldn't provide one. it was not good AT ALL.

The hotel features a gym equipped with essential machines. the location allows for a short walk to the beach. It took me just a few minutes. street parking was easy to find. That was a plus. i found the breakfast to be really tasty and satisfying.
the staff didn't provide an iron when i requested one. housekeeping only made the bed and changed towels. the floor in the room had not been cleaned properly for a while, that was not ok.

Absolutely Dreamy Getaway!

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I loved the fresh omelets and the buffet offered a variety of choices, it changed slightly each day. The staff were so attentive. The hotel restaurant provided wonderful meals too. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and main strip.
The music in the sunbed area was a little loud sometimes.

Customer Relations staff were very helpful with any questions I had, they were very professional. I really liked the team effort to provide fantastic holiday experience and Mehmet for dedication and enjoyable conversations.

The main pool has comfortable sunbeds near it, these are perfect for watching the paragliders glide across the skyline. I thoroughly enjoyed using the spa, it was excellent, very clean with lots of sun loungers and movable umbrellas.

i found the staff attentive, especially rain, whose suggestions enhanced my stay. elkan and fatma, it was really special. i also appreciated the cooking lesson where i learned about turkish cuisine.
the music near the sunbed area was a bit too loud at times.
