bad staff poor room cleaning
i found some problems . the room cleaning was AWFUL. they only made the bed and changed towels. floors clearly had not been mopped in ages. i also requested an iron, and the staff wouldn't provide one. it was not good AT ALL.

equipped gym easy parking missing iron lacking cleaning
The hotel features a gym equipped with essential machines. the location allows for a short walk to the beach. It took me just a few minutes. street parking was easy to find. That was a plus. i found the breakfast to be really tasty and satisfying.
the staff didn't provide an iron when i requested one. housekeeping only made the bed and changed towels. the floor in the room had not been cleaned properly for a while, that was not ok.

attentive staff excellent suggestion cooking lesson
i found the staff attentive, especially rain, whose suggestions enhanced my stay. elkan and fatma, it was really special. i also appreciated the cooking lesson where i learned about turkish cuisine.
the music near the sunbed area was a bit too loud at times.

the room was clean and well-appointed, meeting all my needs. the room had plenty of space and storage. it also had an easy to use safe, a nice feature.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rain and sultanbek stood out with their efficiency. i really appreciated natalia's friendly greeting each morning, it was so pleasant. their passion to keep everything looking great and running smoothly is very evident.
