i found the staff very attentive to any requests. the hotel provided a really relaxing atmosphere. i especially enjoyed the multiple dining options available and the convenient beach access. the breakfast buffet had many choices and fresh options.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in some areas of the furniture.

The operational staff at the pool and beach seemed undertrained. Ordering food or coffee required excessive effort. Staff weren't very cute. My room also had issues, the water pressure was low. Lights near the TV buzzed with electricity.

the club package was amazing. access to a private restaurant and bar offered a nice escape. alex, eral, and michelle delivered fantastic service at the club members bar. i found these lovely people offered great service. the facilities were great and i enjoyed a great time.
i found the pillows to be terribly uncomfortable. getting a good night's sleep was a slight challenge for me because of this

the room was amazing (it felt so special). it was cleaned every day with fresh water. the hotel itself is peaceful and calm. i found really comfortable beds in the fine pool area. fresh towels were delivered to me quickly.
the pebble beach was not comfortable. it did not take away from a fantastic holiday. however, the hotel would be better with a sandy shore.

the valet service was very cute upon arrival. the lobby seemed expansive and beautiful. the restaurants offered really good dining experiences.
the room cleanliness were not good. the balcony was dirty and the floor wasn't mopped. tea or coffee cups weren't replaced with clean ones after use.
