great location tram stop bathroom mold overcrowded area
The hotel offered a great location close to the train station. A tram stop near the hotel made travel easy. Staff spoke languages other than Italian and were friendly to me.
My bathroom had mold, especially on the floor corners. The breakfast area was in another building. It was overcrowded.

a nice stay!
inspiring atmosphere helpful staff
the various art objects placed throughout the hotel created an inspiring atmosphere. i particularly enjoyed the breakfast, it included fresh selections and provided a great start to each day. the location also gave me convenient access to nearby attractions. the staff was helpful, responding quickly to any requests i had.
the air conditioning in my room was not fully functional and impacted my comfort slightly.

convenient location pleasant staff faulty air conditioning uncomfortable bed
the hotel's location proved quite convenient. pleasant staff ensured a smooth check-in process (which i always appreciate). the showers were very good, too.
i noticed the air conditioning was not working efficiently. the bed was not very comfortable, which impacted my sleep quality. half way through my stay the shower stopped working, they said this was because they had the air con fixed but this was not the case because my air con was still broken!
