The hotel is very close to the main downtown area. The room was indeed quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast.. especially the wide selection available. The staff helped me manage the car, given the restricted traffic area.

I noticed some of the light switches in the room seemed like dummy switches.

The location was great! i found the staff helpful, and the updated room design was really clean. the shower was amazing. It had a huge rainfall head and handshower with great hot water! i really appreciated the espresso machine in the room for a quick caffè upon wakeup.

the parking situation wasn't great.

The hotel boasts a small, nice sauna in the gym area. unfortunately, you must turn it on yourself. it unfortunately delays the whole process and spoils the sauna experience. it is still a great amenity to have!

the included breakfast had both sweet and savory choices. it was convenient and delicious. also, the location is great, many restaurants are nearby and it is right around the corner from piazza castello.

the hotel promotes having parking. it sends customers to a public car park, it is not managed by the hotel. anyone could do that, but not anyone could say they offer parking facilities.
