I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had a real Soho House touch, small and cosy yet well-appointed and very clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Plus, the complimentary coffee, purified water, and fruit available 24 hours were a lovely touch. The service was beyond exceptional, from preparing fresh sandwiches for our early morning flight to arranging a fantastic guided tour of Santiago with a dedicated driver. The location was perfect, situated in one of the trendiest areas full of restaurants and entertainment spots. The dining experience was tasty, although I wished for a bit more variety in the menu. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great facilities.
