My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were so comfortable and beautifully decorated, equipped with all the amenities one would expect. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff making us feel right at home. The location was great, away from the city noise but just a short walk to the main plaza. The dining experience was delightful with a well-done breakfast. The facilities were excellent, enhancing our overall experience.

Staying in our Suite, I found the room to be large with rustic yet comfortable furnishings, a small private courtyard, and a nice bath. The decor, based on a Mexican state, was unique and modern, creating a luxurious and spotlessly clean ambiance. However, the noise from people partying in the courtyard outside could be disturbing at times.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were covered with art and extremely well designed, making them very nicely decorated with all the amenities one would expect to have. They were so comfortable and beautifully decorated. However, it was a bit disappointing that the room didn't offer the 'shower/bathtub combination' or 'soaker tub' as listed on Expedia.

The location was great as it was only a few blocks from the Zocalo and central to most everything in Cuernavaca. It was gorgeous with lots of comfortable sofas, greenery, and a pool, although it didn't seem to get much use.
