My stay at the hotel was mixed. The rooms were fresh and pleasant throughout the stay, but I felt they were overpriced compared to other hotels in the area of the same class. My room wasn't larger than a deluxe room and was situated adjacent to the laundry room, making it a bit noisy. Despite the room being too hot, the staff provided a fan upon request, which was helpful for a comfortable sleep.

The service at the hotel was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond on two different occasions when I requested something not on the menu. They were extremely friendly, quickly arranged our room, and checked us in right away. They worked hard to ensure guests are beyond happy and taken care of.

The location was good, approximately 10 short blocks to the main square. The terrace offered great views of the city and the volcanoes. It was quiet and close enough to easily walk to the center of downtown. Despite being near everything, I missed having drinking water provided, which has been available everywhere else I stayed.

The dining experience was really great with quite a lot of options and the possibility to sit on the terrace with beautiful views. It was not a buffet but a la carte; however, there wasn't a wide variety of options to choose from. Regardless, the food was delicious.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and incredibly comfortable, just as I had expected from a standard room. The spacious and beautiful design made my stay even more enjoyable. The service, led by Cesar and the rest of the staff, was friendly and very helpful, although there were some delays and forgetfulness at times. The location was fantastic, very central yet peaceful, with a great view and even a rooftop chill-out area. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with breakfast being disappointing but other meals being very good. The hotel facilities were impressive.
