attentive staffclean roomsgreat breakfastfaulty television
the staff was attentive and went the extra mile. I witnessed them assist someone in a wheelchair into the restaurant SO they could enjoy sunday lunch. I appreciate the clean rooms and a great breakfast selection. i certainly recommend this place.
the tv in my room DID not work, and the remote was taped together. i only had one coffee allowance in the room. this made it more suitable for sleep than for relaxation.

cramped roombroken remote
Our room, the beautiful double room bath, felt a bit cramped. there was no extractor fan in the bathroom either, a small inconvenience but noticeable. also, the tv remote was broken. It was held together with tape. i expected a bit more for the price i paid. The remote was particularly annoying!

a mixed experience overall

good locationsmall roomlack shower
the location was good and close to the town centre.
The room felt small, especially around the bed. It was difficult to walk around. the bathroom lacked a proper shower, and only a bath was available, disappointing. i also heard noise from the kitchen in the morning and people moving around outside the window. It was quite noticeable.

the location was quite convenient for accessing local attractions it was close to the town center.
i was a bit let down by the drury lane room it was smaller than i anticipated. the bathroom had only a bath and no shower which was inconvenient for me as i prefer showers. i also found the dinner service times to be rather restrictive and missed the opportunity to dine at the hotel one evening because i returned after 7:30 pm.
