The hotel featured a nicely designed breakfast and lobby area. Coffee and pastries were accessible throughout the day. My room included a convenient coffee and tea corner. Sanitary needs were available in a cupboard at the lobby, providing easy access. Staff members were friendly and helpful.
I found the online check-in process a bit cumbersome, requiring several steps that felt unnecessary.

The breakfast selection was quite limited. there were only a few pastries, bread, cheese, and yogurt. i had expected more variety, such as eggs or meat. the small bed was also disappointing. it was difficult with my tall boyfriend. We found it tricky.

the room included a nespresso coffee machine and a tea corner which was great i also found all the sanitary needs i could want in a cupboard at the lobby for self-service. the breakfast and lobby area had a nice design it was accessible all day
some of the plug sockets in the room did not work and there were no usb ports available

The location was convenient, only a short walk to South Kensington tube station. It made getting around very easy. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, including freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee! Luggage storage was also available, a great help since I arrived early.
The main light in the room was dim, forcing me to use my phone for extra light! Some plug sockets didn't work and there were no USB ports.

The hotel is conveniently located near the South Kensington underground station. This offers easy access to various parts of the city and is very close to museums for tourist visits. The area is quiet.
