My room included free coffee and juices. I appreciated that. The staff checked me in quickly at 6 pm.

I heard lots of noise from the road. The soundproofing of the room was poor.

lack of help shower directions

The room was very close to the train station, a definite plus.

I had trouble getting into the hotel on arrival. There was no answer when I rang the bell and I had to phone a number. My room was on the third floor with no lift and I struggled with my bags. The staff member did not offer help. The shower also lacked directions for hot or cold water.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the room had a great selection of tea and coffee. two cartons of orange juice, what a lovely touch!

the bathroom pipes had a blue rust over them! though the shower was dirty, despite not being used.

clean room cute staff comfortable bed

I found a super clean room. The staff were cute. They provided soft drinks and snack bars, a lovely surprise. The bed gave comfort, and I have spine issues, so this fact means a lot to me.

My room needed a little updating.
