The staff were very helpful. I found the location convenient.. it was near the train station. I also appreciated the value.
I noticed some thin walls, which did result in some noise disturbance at times. The proximity to a tram line made announcements audible. The sounds from neighboring rooms could be intrusive.

I have stayed multiple times. The location is very good.. staff is amazing. The proximity to central station proves useful. Public transportation links are nearby.
Bedrooms are quite small. There is little room to open my suitcase without placing it on the bed.

I enjoyed the central location. It was near the train station. the staff was helpful with directions (especially maaike). the lobby offered free coffee from a machine. i also appreciated the free coffee capsules in the room.

The location was great. I needed easy train access to the airport at the end of my stay. there was lots to see within walking distance. excellent public transport was also very close. a spacious lounge was available for evening drinks and breakfast!
the hotel's walls seemed very thin, and i could hear a lot of noise. the sound from nearby rooms felt intrusive.
