The hotel is situated in a fairly local area of Hong Kong with a great city view on the hill slope. The rooms are on level 10 and equipped with just the right facilities for a solo traveler. The customer service experiences ups and downs with the front desk being helpful, but the chambermaids need training in customer service. There's a seriously yummy Pork Belly at the dining area, and the hotel offers a convenient location with easy access to public transport.
