fresh pastriescentral station
The staff was very helpful with directions to nearby attractions. The central train station is within walking distance, about ten minutes. I used the complimentary breakfast each morning. It included fresh pastries and assorted cheeses.
My room faced the street and i noticed some noise from passing traffic at times.

Acceptable Stay. Disappointing Details

convenient proximityinconsistent connectivityunkempt neighborhood
The hotel's proximity to public transportation proved convenient.
The minibar lacked transparency. I found an unexpected charge for bottled water. Internet connectivity was inconsistent and frequently dropped. The neighborhood had some areas that felt unkempt and less appealing than expected.

the air conditioning worked properly, a plus.
The minibar was like a scam. They charged me for the complimentary water, and i was not happy. i felt as if they should have been more upfront about that little detail. seriously, four euros for water?

Good Stay Close to Termini

comfortable bedshelpful staffineffective sign
The hotel boasts beautiful decor. The beds were very comfortable. I had early access to breakfast before official hours. Staff were kind, and this was very helpful, which I appreciated.
I found the sign "do not disturb" ineffective. The cleaners entered the room. They did their job. this situation did not feel right to me.
Location

The hotel is about fifteen minutes by walking to the main terminal. The area is peaceful, which I enjoyed. It also felt safe during evening hours, so I was able to relax more easily.
