i found the front desk attendants to be pleasant and helpful. i was able to check in early since my room was ready. the breakfast was wonderful and it gave me a great start to each day.

the hotel staff could not rectify an issue with a taxi driver i used to get to the airport.

during my visit, i found that there were no tea or coffee facilities available in the room. this would have been a convenient addition for a more enjoyable stay.
