i booked this place online, and the website claimed there would be a free breakfast. there was nothing. i questioned it, but they said their restaurant was closed, so i felt cheated!

the room had a good location on the hotel. being close to a major boulevard was a pleasant surprise. the weather was fine, and the room was reasonably warm. historic pictures in the room were appreciated.
i found the rooms were spacious, though the decor seemed a little dated. the neighborhood felt a bit iffy at times. the proximity to the freeway resulted in noise, as the windows lacked good soundproofing.

the location was great for visiting nearby attractions.
The air conditioning was quite poor. it was ground mounted and blew cold air directly onto the bed nearest it. i found this uncomfortable. also, the room wasn't cleaned during our three-night stay. It may have been available upon request, but it was not offered!

The location was convenient. The diner was AMAZING!!! I could walk to many popular attractions. The valet service provided a ray of sunshine EVERY single day.
I noticed that the air conditioning unit was rather poor. It blew too cold for those sleeping close to it. There was NO room cleaning . I should have asked, but it felt a little strange.

the rooms were big ENOUGH, that was acceptable.
The air CO was bad and located on the ground. it made the bed next to it REALLY cold. also, there was no room cleaning . Maybe i could have asked, but still, it is uncommon. a road divides the lobby and the rooms. I did not expect THIS.
