missing kettleloud traffic
i was disappointed by a couple of things. the lack of a kettle in the room was annoying i wanted a simple cup of tea. also the noise from outside really bothered me thin walls and loud traffic made sleeping difficult.

the room had tea and coffee facilities, even complimentary biscuits and chocolate. the staff seemed helpful and knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area. i appreciated the shopping mall being just across the road. the train station was also very close by.
the carpet needs cleaning or replacement.
