great location spacious room helpful manager friendly staff
the location is AMAZING! it's super close to the castle and main square, seriously just a short walk. i had a really spacious room and the bathroom was great too. the hotel manager, martin, was really good!!! he was super friendly and gave me lots of helpful tips about the area.
the only tiny thing was that i could hear water from the neighboring room sometimes, but it wasn't a big deal at all!

The hotel offers parking right next to the front door. This is convenient. breakfast includes a very good selection of cheese, meats, fruit, yogurts, breads and local delicacies. It's really a treat to start the day.

My superior double room had a traditional grand feel and plenty of space. i especially loved that it opened onto a secluded patio, it was such lovely. the cleanliness of the unit was very good. I noticed that immediately.

good selection convenient location
the breakfast buffet had a really good selection of cheeses and local meats! the hotel also helped book our trip to auschwitz and birkenau, and the hotel served as the pick-up location which was very convenient.

The staff were very helpful and friendly . I could leave my car parked after checking out. The room was a good size and well-kept. The hotel's location is near the castle and the main square.
