the breakfast included with the room was good. the staff kindly held our bags for a few hours after check-out. the room was large, clean, and comfortable. it was a quiet space.

The room seemed a bit outdated to me. the sound insulation was not good.

The king size bed in my classic double room was especially comfortable. housekeeping came daily ensuring fresh towels were always available. i found the staff genuinely helpful. They offered bottled water upon my arrival (a lovely touch!).

The furniture looked a bit old. Perhaps it could use some replacing.

the hotel enjoys a prime location with the magnificent duomo reachable within a leisurely 15-minute stroll. two metro stations are conveniently located nearby, providing easy access to various parts of the city. the surrounding neighborhood felt safe.

the hotel staff were consistently polite and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. they also provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. early check-in was accommodated (a bonus!).

small room poor pillows

the room i had was pretty small. the bed, they put it right next to the wall. pillows? not good. the breakfast room, it was like being in a basement, no windows at all. breakfast wasnt what i expected either. i paid for all the days, but only went the first day. wont make that mistake again.

my room was a classic double room. it featured a nice, clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. i found the room design simple yet pleasant.

the minibar selection was limited. though it had the basics.
